Once an order is placed, it typically takes 1–3 business days to process.
On weekdays, processing often takes 1 business day. Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take slightly longer. After processing, your order will be shipped and delivery usually takes 5–15 business days.

Placing an order
Ordering from SohoFemme is easy:

Make sure you’ve selected the correct size/color/variant.

Shipping costs
We cover shipping costs for every order. Shipping is free and there is no minimum order quantity required.
Shipping your order

To keep prices fair, we sometimes ship orders in batches. This means we may collect packages and dispatch them together once our minimum shipping volume is reached. We appreciate your understanding.

Order marked as “Delivered” but not received
Once your order has shipped, we provide tracking details so you can follow delivery. If the carrier confirms the package was delivered to the address entered at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

While we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we understand how frustrating this can be. We will gladly support you by providing tracking details and assisting you in opening an investigation with the carrier where possible.
